1. Please note that all shipping timeframes shown on our website are average estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. While most orders arrive within these estimates, shipping may occasionally take less or more time due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, or other logistics-related factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Please be sure you double check your delivery info and enter your correct address before checking out as we are not at all liable for errors made by the customer regarding their address, if you notice a error in you address email us immediately and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the matter however failure to contact us or contacting us post shipment will deem your order ineligible for address change and refund since we are no longer in possession of your order and it has already been shipped. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. You may also want to file a report with your local authorities. We do our best to ensure every order arrives safely, but we cannot be held liable for packages that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen.
